Where Do You Ship?

Mainland UK. Make sure to include a full name with address details during checkout in order for delivery to be completed without delay.

Do You Offer Same Day Delivery?

Sorry, not at the moment. The sooner we can deliver is 2-5 days depending on your location.

The day your package ships is not included when calculating delivery days in transit.

Do You Deliver On Weekends And Holidays?

Unfortunately our shipping services exclude deliveries on weekends and major holidays that postal carriers observe.

My Package Didn't Arrive On Time, What Can I Do?

We work very hard to ensure that we get your order to you when you need it, because we know how important it is for your special occasion!

Please check the tracking information on the official DPD delivery website, you will need to copy and paste your tracking code into their tracking app/website to find out where your package is.

Can You Ship To A Hotel?

Sure we can. Please make sure to add all the important information needed at checkout. 


Recipient first and last name: full name used on the reservation

Address line one:  hotel name and hotel address 

Address line two suite #: room number

Can You Ship To A Hospital?

Sure we can. Please make sure to add all the needed information at check out.


Recipient first and last name: patient’s full name

Address line one: hospital name and hospital address.

Can I Choose A Later Delivery Date?

Does Someone Need To Sign For My Delivery?

Yes, especially if you are ordering a Rare-Box containing alcohol.

What if I Received A box Without A Note? How Do I Find Out Who Sent It?

Sorry, we cannot give you that information if the buyer wished to stay anonymous and/or didn't select the option. We do not enclose any information of the sender to anyone, unless we get their consent. In some cases, the sender just forgets to sign the note and in this case it is a super easy fix!

However, in the unlikely event of us forgetting to add the personalised message we will gladly let you know who your secret admirer is.

Do You Include A Receipt in The Box?

The receipt of payment goes directly to your inbox, as we are aware that our boxes are usually meant for somebody else and not for your personal use, however if you wish us to add a receipt in your box we can make that happen. Just let us know.


NOTE: you have the option to add a gift note at checkout. Hence, if you want the recipient to know who sent a Rare-Box, make sure you include your name in the message field on our website.

How Do I Apply A Discount Code?

You can enter a discount code on the "Customer Information" page during checkout and voila ordering and payment.

When you have entered a valid discount code, press the Apply button and the cart total should display the updated discounted total.

Please note: promotions are not stackable, meaning you can only use one code.

Is There a Physical Store?

We are only operating online, through our website. We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal. 

I Didn’t Get A Confirmation. How Can I Know You Got My Order?

If you didn’t get a confirmation email, there’s a very good chance your email was misspelled or there was a glitch and your order did not complete. To confirm your order, send us an email at info@rare-box.co.uk with your name, the email address, and your phone number as you entered them for the order.

Do You Accept Returns?

I Entered a Promotional Code, But I Didn’t Get a Discount. Now What Do I Do?

Promotions are not stackable, meaning you can only use one code.
